Day 01 :Bhubaneswar - Bagdogra - Gangtok

On arrival Bagdogra Airport drive to Gangtok (5412 Ft / 1650 Mts, 130 Kms / 04 to 05 Hrs). On arrival check in. Evening free to explore the MG market at your own. Over night at Hotel.

Day 02:Gangtok – Tshangu Lake & Baba Mandir Excursion

After breakfast, in the morning, start for excursion to Tshangu Lake (12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way from Gangtok) & Baba Mandir (13100Ft / 3994 Mts / 16Kms in 1Hrs one way from Tshangu Lake. Situated at a height of 12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way, with an average depth of 50 ft. The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. Back to Gangtok and Overnight at Hotel. (Incase of Landslide or due to any other reasons if Tshangu Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing will be provided) Optional Nathula One can opt for Nathula Excursion by paying a supplement cost which varies from month to month. Organising the permit at the last moment is not possible & a clear window of 72 Hrs with proper documents is required to process the permit. Nathula permit gets confirmed a day prior OR on the day of journey (depending on the working of the permit issuing office) & it is subjected to permit availability as it is allotted as per lottery. Nathula is closed on Monday & Tuesday for tourist. Nathula(14140 Ft / 4310 Mts / 20 Kms in 1Hrs one way from Tshangu Lake) Baba Mandir (13100Ft / 3994 Mts / 16Kms in 1Hrs one way from Tshangu Lake) is an Indo China border, controlled by the Indian Army & is situated approx 20 Kms ahead of Tshangu Lake at an height of 14140 Ft / 4310. The journey to Nathula & Baba Mandir is same up to 16 Kms. At this point the right arm of the "V" which is 4 Kms takes one to Baba Mandir & left arm of the "V" which is 4 Kms takes one to Nathula.

Day 03:Gangtok

Morning Go for a full day sightseeing covering Rumtek Monastery, Jhakri Water Falls along with Do-rul Chhorten, Research Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Sunday), Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom (Closed on Sunday) and Flower Show. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 04: Gangtok – Yuksom Via Namchi & Chardham

After breakfast proceed to Yuksom (5840 Ft / 1780 Mts, 165 Kms / 08 to 09 Hrs). en route visit Samdruptse (135 ft Statue of Guru Padmashambhava), Sideswari Chardham (a replica of Chardham Yatra built on Solophok hills) & Buddha Park (130 Ft. Statue of Lord Buddha). Check in and Overnight at Hotel.

Day 05: Yuksom

Early morning go for a 35 minutes moderate walk to Dubdi Monastery (built in 1700 AD, the oldest monastery of Sikkim). Later in the afternoon go the visit the local village and also visit Norbu Gang (the stone throne for the first king). This was the place where the first Chogyal (a ruling dynasty in Sikkim) was crowned. Yuksom is the meeting place of three monks - the first capital of Sikkim. Overnight at Hotel

Day 06: Yuksom – Pelling

After breakfast drive to Pelling (5500 Ft / 1675 Mts, 35 Kms / 02 Hrs) on way visit Kanchanjunga Water fall & Khecheopalri Lake (6000 Ft / 1829 Mts) it is one of the sacred Buddhist mountain lake and it is believed that whatever is wished in front of the lake comes true. Myth is that when a leaf falls on the placid clear water surface, it is picked by a bird. Enroute do the panoramic sightseeing of Darap Village & Rimbi Water fall. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 07: Pelling

Go for leisurely walking tour covers the three famous landmarks- Rabdantse Palace, Pemayangtse Monastery & Sangachoeling. Early morning walk of 30 minutes will reach you to Sangachoeling Monastery- second oldest in Sikkim. In past on this trails few of the bird watcher clients have sighted exotic Himalayan verity. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Then you head to the Rabdantse Palace- once the second capital of Sikkim is now a historical monument. On the way back you head for Pemayangtse Monastery. The Pemayangtse Monastery belongs to the Nyingma-pa order of Tibetan Buddhism. It was built as a small temple in late 17th century by Latsun Chenpo. On the top floor there is a wooden sculpture portraying the Mahaguru's Heavenly palace Sangthokpalri. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 08:Gangtok – Bagdogra – Bhubaneswar

Today morning after breakfast depart from Gangtok to Bagdogra to board your flight back home with sweet memories of holidays
