Day 01:Bhubaneswar - Saigon
Welcome to Insight's "The Beauty of South Vietnam" Tour. Begin your journey by boarding Ho-Chi-Minh based flight. On arrival at Tan Son Nhat international airport, you are warmly welcomed by our guide and transferred to city central for checking in hotel. Rest of the day at leisure to rest or to explore the city on your own. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 02: Saigon City Tour
Breakfast at the hotel, later proceed on a full day touring of the bustling city of Saigon: visit Cho Lon, Binh Tay Market, Thien Hau Pagoda and Giac Lam Pagoda. Stop then at a lacquer ware factory where you will discover one of the ancient traditions of Saigon. In the afternoon, explore the Colonial Residential quarter which includes the Hotel de Ville, Opera House, Central Post Office as well as the elegant 19th century Notre-Dame Cathedral and the most recent Reunification Palace (inside). Finally, end the day with a visit to the War Remnants Museum. Lunch and dinner at Indian restaurant. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 03 :Cao Dai- Cu Chi Tunel
Breakfast at hotel, travel by road about 100km to Tay Ninh province. Here you will see the famous Cao Dai Temple, the Holy See of the Cao Dai religion, a unique combination of the Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism, Christianity and Islam with colorful ceremonies that are unique to observe. After having lunch at local restaurant, we continue onto Cu Chi Tunnel, an incredible underground network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the long struggle for independence. The tunnels contained hospitals, plus accommodation and schools, and were used as a military base for the Vietcong during the American war. In the afternoon, drive back to Saigon for shopping and dinner. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 04: Ho Chi Minh – Mekong Delta – Snake Farm – Vinh Trang Pagoda
Breakfast at hotel then, depart from Ho Chi Minh for My Tho city by air-conditioned car. Enjoy the peaceful villages on the way and get far away from city life. We also visit Dong Tam Snake farm on the way to My Tho. Upon arrival to My Tho city, we overview floating fish houses by boat. Motorized boat rides to Con Phung (Phoenix Island) of Ben Tre province. The province is home of coconut, you can buy handicraft made from coconut trees. Around noon, have lunch on the island with delicious local dishes: deep fired Elephant ear fish… and explore amazing Mekong canals: Motorized boat cruise along natural creeks and quiet villages in Ben Tre province for visiting to orchards, bee-keeping house, enjoy honey tea, seasonal tropical fruit and traditional music. Take horse cart along peaceful village. Rowing-boat rides along small mangrove palm creek (mangrove palm or Nypa-frutican known as "dừa nước" in Vietnam). See coconut candy production process. Then, transfer you back Ho Chi Minh City. On the way back drop by visiting Vinh Trang Pagoda and Mekong Rest Stop for short break. Today, we have dinner . Overnight in Saigon and spend time to discovery Saigon by night.
Day 05:Ho Chi Minh City - Bhubaneswar
Breakfast at hotel then enjoying your last free time to buy gift/souvenir till transfer to airport for departure flight. We are looking forward to serving you in the forthcoming time.
