Locations:

1. For all shoot floors and locations, each call sheet is of 11 hours.

 

2. The shift timings are as follows:

Shift A: 6.30 am to 6.00 pm and subsequent call sheet from 6.00 pm to 2.00 am.

Shift B: 2.30 pm to 10.30 pm and subsequent call sheet from 10.30 pm to 6-00 am

3. Additional call sheet charges will be levied in case of shoot beyond 11 hours.

4. The shoot floor rentals and locations do not include the rentals of set properties, set dressing charges etc. The same would be charged extra as per the bills raised by the concerned departments.

5. During Prep and wrap, the rental charges of the shoot floors and the locations would be 50% of the call sheet rate. The same is applicable also during set-erection, pre-lighting and set dismantling, etc.

6. Locations indicated in the estimate are for planning purposes only. Any location not used will not be charged for. Similarly, any location used other than those listed in the estimate will be charged as per location tariff. Please seek the prices of the new locations used prior usage so as to avoid budgetary issues.

Lights And Equipment

1. Lights and equipment required in addition to those indicated in the estimate document herein will be charged extra at actuals and those not used from the list indicated herein will not be charged for. Please ensure that only such equipment and lights that are needed and are to be used are indented for and brought to the location.  Lights and equipment not required but brought to the location will not be charged for, ONLY if the same is / are returned immediately on arrival at the location, and in any case not later than one hour from the time of receipt of such light or piece of equipment at the location.

1. For all lights and equipment, each call sheet is of 24 hours, subject to an outer limit of 6-00 am. A fresh call sheet will begin at 6-00 am everyday, irrespective of the start time call sheet.

1. Any requirement of battery packs for lights and equipment will be charged extra as per bills raised by the concerned department.

1. DAMAGES: You are liable to pay compensation for any damage to lights, equipment, locations, accessories, etc as well as compensation on account of injuries or accidents to manpower and crew etc caused while shooting. You are also liable to pay 50% of the cost of the lamps and/or lights if fused while shooting as per standard industry norms and practices.

1. Fuel for generators will be charged extra as per bills raised by the concerned department.

Location Food

Location food is served from respective hotel/guest houses. The standard menu consists of a combination of Indian dishes. In special circumstances, foods would be served in desired menu.

1. Timing and metering will be done on garage-to-garage basis.

1. Parking bills at airport, railway station will be charged as applicable.

1. Extra driver's allowances are charged @ Rs.200/- per driver from 2100 hours to 0700 hours if the driver is retained during those hours.

1. Driver allowances will be charged extra in case of shoot beyond 2100 hrs as per bills.

1. Picture vehicles are subject to availability and charged extra as per bills raised by the Transport Department.

1. Picture vehicle movement is restricted to the specified location only. If the movement is beyond the specified location area then extra charges will be levied as per normal vehicle tariff.

1. Cost of damages, if any, caused to the vehicle / drivers while on shoot on location and / or on duties assigned by the producer are to be borne by the producer.

3. Manpower charges on Sundays and Public Holidays will be double the normal rates.

4. The number of manpower indicated above is based on the lights and equipment chosen by you. The rate quoted is per shift. The number of manpower and their charges will therefore vary as per actual number of and type of lights and equipment ordered by you.

5. Any change in the lights and / or equipment and / or camera their type and / or quantities and / or days etc would also have a corresponding change in the number of manpower deployed and their charges.

SET WORK:  Any set work to be done is to be intimated well in advance with supporting sketches, pictures, dimensions, material to be used & other specifications. The set work will be charged as per the bill raised by our Art Department - 'Maya'.
