Day 01 :Bhubaneswar - Edmonton

Upon your arrival at the Edmonton International Airport, make your way independently to your hotel West Edmonton Mall. The remainder of the day is free to explore the many festive sights of downtown. The river valley parks and trail system, Alberta Legislature Building, and the Old Strathcona District are some of the highlights of the city.

Day 02 : Exploring Edmonton

Enjoy a day at West Edmonton Mall, the largest shopping mall in North America. Amongst the many exclusive shops and restaurants, several fun attractions and exciting entertainment can be found including an ice skating rink, mini golf course, the Sea Life Caverns salt-water habitat, movie theatres, and the world's largest indoor wave pool at World Waterpark.

Day 03 : Edmonton to Jasper

Board a motor coach shuttle and travel through prairies and rolling foothills into the spectacular Rocky Mountains where you can marvel at the majestic peaks surrounding you. Arrive in the alpine town of Jasper, with an evening at leisure to explore this eclectic mountain resort.

Day 04: Exploring Jasper

Explore some of Jasper's lesser known gems with a wildlife discovery tour. Travel off the beaten path in search of moose, elk, sheep, goats and wolves. Don't forget your camera because this is a chance to enjoy dramatic backcountry scenery and learn about Jasper's original inhabitants. The remainder of your day is at leisure to enjoy the town.

Day 05:Jasper to Banff

This afternoon, witness Canadian Rockies grandeur as you travel south down the Icefields Parkway, Canada's most scenic drive and home to broad sweeping valleys, pristine mountain lakes, crystal blue icefalls and over 100 visible glaciers, as you make your way to the alpine town of Banff. Continue into the scenic Bow Valley Corridor for more views of rugged peaks and snow-covered forests before arriving in the fairytale town of Banff. The evening is free for you to explore the festive townsite of Banff.

Day 06:Exploring Banff

Enjoy a day of exploring this enchanting alpine town. Located in Banff National Park, and home to many species of wildlife, the town of Banff offers fantastic scenery and wildlife watching, as well as a great selection of cozy cafes and shops to explore after the sun sets. Take a ride up Banff Gondola to the summit of Sulphur Mountain for stunning views of a sea of snow-covered peaks and the Bow Valley Corridor far below. Warm up by slipping into the mineral waters of the Banff Upper Hot Springs, with views of Rundle Mountain towering above.

Day 07: Banff to Fort McMurray

Board a luxury motor coach (included) and witness the landscape transform from rugged peaks to rolling foothills as you continue your journey from Banff to Calgary International Airport. From here, you will take a plane up north to Fort McMurray, a remote town with stretches of vast pine forests and one of the best places on earth to experience the Northern Lights. Following check-in at your hotel, join an orientation (included) for your aurora viewing and pick up your winter clothing rentals (included) to stay warm. Later in the evening, proceed to the Aurora viewing facility to witness the spectacular phenomenon of the Northern Lights dancing across the sky. Hot beverages and areas to warm up are available throughout the night.

Day 08:Fort McMurray

Enjoy a day at leisure in Fort McMurray, with lunch served at the hotel. Enjoy some fun winter adventure in the outdoors at Vista Ridge All Seasons Park, where you can ski, snowboard or tube in the brisk white snow, or have a gander through historical exhibits at Heritage Park. Later in the evening, return to the Aurora viewing site to enjoy a second evening of brilliant Aurora viewing and star gazing. Hot beverages and areas to warm up are available throughout the night.

Day 09:Fort McMurray - Bhubaneswar

Your memorable winter vacation concludes with a morning check-out from your hotel and a shuttle transfer (included) to the Fort McMurray Airport. From there board the flight back home via Calgary with sweet memories of holidays.

When the sky is overcast, viewing is difficult to predict, therefore we cannot guarantee that guests will see the Aurora at all times. Viewing is very much weather dependent.
