Day 01:Bhubaneswar - Melbourne

Welcome to the start of your wonderful holiday this morning as you arrive into Melbourne. Upon arrival you are met and are transferred to your hotel. Check in and relax. Later in the afternoon visit the SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium which is one of Australia's premier tourist attractions. Not to be missed is the 360 degree Oceanarium which houses giant sharks and stingrays. Dont miss your opportunity to take feeding the fish to a whole new level! There's always something new to SEA at Melbourne Aquarium!
Melbourne is renowned for its food and wine scene. Every city street and laneway in Melbourne has options for great dining and also great drinking. Join award winning cocktail expert on a tour exploring the very best bars of Melbourne. From the times when Melbourne was first recognized globally as a cocktail capital, to the era of ultra-strict licensing and now, this new golden age of cocktails and bars. You can take a tour covering some iconic Melbourne venues, discovering some of the largely unknown bars and gives you the low-down on where the local cocktail industry hangs out on their nights off. Day 02: Melbourne - Yarra Valley Wineries & Puffing Billy OR Healsville & Puffing Billy

This morning you could head off to Wine area of Victoria - to the Yarra Valley, (around 1 hr) drive for the day, to the beautiful Dandenong Ranges. Enjoy tea and coffee at Grants Reserve where you can hand feed crimson rosellas. Take a ride through the spectacular forest aboard Australia's oldest operating steam train, Puffing Billy that traverses a path of 24 kms through the forests, fern gullies and rolling farmlands. Travel to the Yarra Valley and enjoy wine tastings and lunch (own expense) at Rochford Winery. We continue through the Valley and enjoy wine tastings at selected Yarra Valley Wineries.

Relax and enjoy the great scenery of lush ferns and dense forests of the nearby Dandenong Ranges. En route visit the Beautiful Sherbrooke Forest, home to the lyrebirds, crimson rosella, cockatoos and kookaburras, Look out for these native birds. Enjoy the picturesque mountain villages scattered along the way and spectacular views of Melbourne's skyline. Enjoy a traditional morning tea of Aussie billy tea and Aussie tucker. Then ride the restored Puffing Billy Steam Train for a memorable journey on Australia's most notable narrow gauge railway. Our next stop is lunch (own expense) and you have the option to dine at Sanctuary Harvest Cafe, Candlebark Cafe or the Pavilion Cafe. After lunch we will go to the award winning Healesville Wildlife Sanctuary, Australia's premier wildlife and nature sanctuary and home to over 200 species of Australian birds mammals and reptiles.
Upon returning back to the city, relax at the hotel. This evening, we suggest you to eat at the very fine dining Vue de Monde. Located on the 55th floor of Melbournes iconic Rialto Tower, it boasts sparkling skyline views which extend to the ranges far on the horizon. It has a la carte and degustation wonders - piped, pressed, brewed and blow-torched, that surprise and delight. Overnight in Melbourne.

Day 03 :Melbourne - Phillip Island

Wake up to a lazy breakfast this morning following which we recommend you hire a car and drive down to the coast to Phillip Island. The drive is around 2 hrs. On reaching Phillip Island you need to make your way to the jetty Experience the thrills of a one hour high speed tour with the EcoBoat Express to the local Australian fur seal colony and Phillip Islands rugged and spectacular coastline. Watch the antics of playful seals as they surround the boat, ducking their heads in and out of the water. On return, stop by the National Surfing Reserve at Cat Bay before heading back to Cowes jetty in time for the world-famous Penguin Parade.. where you will see hundreds of small fairy penguins wobble back onto the beach and to their burrows each night. Its an experience that cannot be forgotten. Drive on to your accommodation for the night. Overnight in Phillip Island.

Day 04: Phillip Island - Melbourne

Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at the resort and head to journey back in time and explore the heritage and tranquil scenery. Wander the old homestead and experience daily heritage farming activities including cow milking, sheep shearing and working dogs demonstrations at the Churchill Island Heritage Farm Or make your way to visit Maru Koala Park which has something more than animals. Set sail for 18 holes of adventure as your putt your way around the Princess Caribbean Pirate Ship. Encounter life-size pirate figures, a great white shark and brave the gold-mine under the five meter thunderous waterfall. All this is at the award winning family run attraction that includes an Animal Park featuring koalas and other Australian native animals, Pirate Pete's Mini-golf and the Homestead Bistro.
There is more in store for you today as you head off for a quick lunch and onwards to A Maze -N Things, a fun place for adults and kids alike. From here its time to drive back to Melbourne but not without visiting the cute little chocolate factory where you can try and buy some great truffles, chocolate bars etc, made by the star chocolatier himself `Panny`. A 2 hr drive and you are back in Melbourne. Spend the rest of the evening walking around the city, or discovering the city on the inner circle tram that is free for all. The best and the liveliest place to spend the evening is at the Federation Square. We recommend you try out the dinner buffet at the Langham Hotel or at the Taxi Restaurant (a restaurant offering Australian dishes, heavily influenced by Asian and Japanese cuisine) at Federation Square itself. Overnight in Melbourne.

Day 05: Melbourne

Day is free to relax. Enjoy shopping in the city from the vast expanses of the Melbourne Central mall to Bourke Street's flagship department stores - all the shopping is covered.
A must visit in Melbourne is the Eureka Skydeck 88, created to reach for the sky, nothing you have ever experienced will prepare you for the awe inspiring view of Melbourne from the Southern Hemisphere's highest viewing platform. You can also visit the MCG (Melbourne Cricket Ground) where you can take a tour through the famous Long Room and the MCC Museum etc. Spend the rest of the evening walking around the city, or discovering the city on the inner circle tram that is free for all. The best and the liveliest place to spend the evening at the Federation Square.
This evening we recommend you to have your dinner aboard the fabulous Colonial Tramcar dating back to 1927. After dinner make your way back to the hotel around midnight Overnight in Melbourne.

Day 06: Melbourne- Full day excurssion of the Great Ocean Road

Experience a breathtaking coastline with pristine beaches, rainforests and charming seaside towns and of course the 12 Apostles. Renowned as one of the world's famous coastal drives, running 320 kilometers along the dramatic south-west coast of Victoria. The Great Ocean Road sits atop the worlds best seller list of famous coastal drives. The rugged Cliffside and dazzling azure ocean waves have carved a masterpiece of rock formations that stretch along this famous coastal region. Nestled in amongst the perilous cliff sides and sweeping beaches are a blend of coastal resort towns whose atmospheres range from trendy and sophisticated like Lorne to sleepy and peaceful like Apollo Bay. There are many walks around the location of the Twelve Apostles providing closer access to the shoreline. Suggestion: from Philip Island you can take the ferry from Sorrento to Queencliif and drive on the Great Ocean Road spend a night there in GOR and head back to Melbourne.

Day 07: Melbourne - Balarat Wildlife Park & Sovereign Hill

Explore the wonders of Ballarat as well as Sovereign Hill, a replica of an old gold-mining town. Just 90 mins out of the city is Sovereign Hill which offers you hands-on experiences such as panning for real gold in the creek. You can also ride in a horse drawn carriage and be entertained by the street performers. The Gold Museum adjacent displays historical gold collections and carries some exciting jewellery ranges. Continue to Ballarat Wildlife Park where you can pet the koalas, wombats, wear a huge Boa snake around your neck and have a great time with the wild.

Day 08: Melbourne - Bhubaneswar

Enjoy the thrill of hot air ballooning over Melbourne at sunrise. Its the ultimate adventure leaving you with a lifetime of memories to share with family and friends. Enjoy the stunning panoramic views that the beautiful city has to offer from the air. Take pleasure from the serene spectacle of Melbourne waking gently at sunrise, then quickly transforming into a bustling metropolis of over three million people. Later its time to bid farewell to Victoria as you ready yourself to be escorted to the airport for your flight back home this morning.
